City Lights Glamping (CLG) provides curated, outdoor “glamping” experiences across Oregon. We create memorable and comfortable camping setups for events, retreats, and private getaways.
City Lights Glamping is seeking seasonal, part-time Event Setup Assistants to join our Event Assistance Pool. Independent Contractors in this role will help with the setup and breakdown of glamping experiences, working outdoors and contributing to the exceptional service our guests expect.
This is an as-needed, project-based role. CLG will contact contractors to confirm interest and availability for upcoming events.
Key Responsibilities

Pick up glamping supplies from CLG storage sites.

Transport supplies to and from event locations (drive time is paid).

Assemble tents and glamping setups according to CLG standards.

Deconstruct and pack down glamping setups after events.

Maintain organization and care of CLG equipment and materials.

Perform other related duties as requested in support of CLG’s glamping events.
Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Reliable transportation to and from work sites (preferred but not required).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail.

Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work as an independent contractor.

Pay: $17.00/hour, paid via ACH after invoice submission
